In-house Tooling

Capabilities:  We specialize in vinyl polymers ranging from flexible to rigid and clear to opaque.  We have dual durometer and vacuum sizing capabilities along with metalized film laminating and hot stamping.  All tooling is designed and developed in-house for optimum quality control.  Available secondary operations include notching, drilling, butt welding, critical length, special packaging or assembly.   Our standard colors include black, white, gray, tan, almond, green, blue, red, burgundy, yellow, brown and purple.

Quality Control:  Each purchase order is documented for compliance to the strictest quality control guidelines from receipt to completion.   Quality control is the primary responsibility of the production operator and is monitored and recorded by Quality Assurance personnel on a scheduled basis.  The consistent high level of product quality is a primary reason for SFR's significant growth in the 90's and improves continually.
