We are a leading manufacturer of custom plastic profile extrusions for a variety of industries. Although we have numerous standard parts, we specialize in catering to our customer's unique needs and specific requirements.
Credit
All new customers are considered to be either COD or CIA until appropriate credit forms are returned and approved.
Terms
Upon credit approval, the normal credit terms for domestic accounts are net 30 days. We other a 1% discount if your invoice is paid within 10 days of the invoice date. This discount is applicable only to products purchased and will not be applied to charges such as shipping, engineering, color matching, or expediting. For foreign accounts, we require prepayment by wired funds or letter of credit. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Unpaid balances are subject to finance charges of 1.5% per month (18% APR).
Shipments
All shipments are Free On Board (FOB) shipping point, freight collect from Cadott, Wisconsin. If your freight is shipped UPS, charges will be added to your invoice. If your freight is shipped common carrier, charges will be collect or third party billed.
Returned Goods
You must obtain authorization from us to return goods, and all shipments are to be freight prepaid. Unless otherwise specified or agreed upon, all goods will be either reworked or replaced. We will absorb freight charges on replaced goods returned to the customer.
Pricing
All orders will be billed at prevailing prices at the time of shipment. Prices are in US dollars and subject to tax, if any. All prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes typically valid for 30 days and then subject to review and possible change depending upon changing costs. Prices are for release quantity. Split shipments must be within a 30 day period. We do not normally inventory finished goods.
Warranty
SFR Industries is not liable for any incidental, special or consequential loss, damage or expense arising from the use of its products. No agent, employee or representative of SFR has the authority to bind SFR to any other warranty. This warranty is expressly in lieu of any other implied warranties, including any merchantability of fitness and other obligations on part of the seller. We are a custom manufacturer of plastic components, assemblies, and devices. All plastic products are made to your specifications. All liability, product or performance claims are the sole responsibility of the customer.
